Job title : Overseas Salesperson
Workplace : Fujian / Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

1. The ability of developing global customers and efficient maintenance on patrons.

2. Proficiency in handling customers' enquiries on different platforms.

3. Familiar with the process of placing sample orders and shipping particulars.

4. Capable of making and filing foreign trade documents. Such as Sales Contract, PI, CI, PL and etc.

5. Handle the shipment process accordingly. Liaise with both shipping agent and customer to provide necessary shipping documents such as BL, Customs Clearance documents, Release Order and so on.

6. Make sure to have the customer's payment transaction well done against each order.

7. To file reports such as weekly business performance analysis.

8. Customer relationship management including entertaining the visiting of clients, to have strong and friendly bond with the visitors. Provide necessary assistance to them.

9. Other tasks designated by internal department or the management.
