Job responsibilities

1. Participate in the company's business strategic planning, be responsible for formulating annual International (except the United States) trade business objectives and phased objectives and tasks, and organize the implementation after approval;
2. Be responsible for the daily management of the foreign trade sales team, standardize the sales process and system, establish, improve and maintain the company's international trade management system, and achieve the sales goals;
3. Formulate and standardize import and export business processes, collect and analyze important industry information and data, and analyze business trends and marketing management reports;
4. Be responsible for the preparation of international exhibitions, participation and follow-up supervision and evaluation reports;
5. Be responsible for the team building, management and training of the Ministry of foreign trade, do a good job in incentive and assessment, and establish a good working order and atmosphere;
6. Be responsible for the management, risk pre control and cost control of the Ministry of foreign trade;
7. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining public management relations with governments related to international trade, coordinating and handling major and unexpected events in the process of business development, and ensuring the smoothness of the company's import and export channels and the effectiveness of its operation qualifications;
8. Other work temporarily assigned by the general manager.


Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in international trade, international finance, enterprise management and other related majors;
2. At least 5 years of working experience in bulk commodity trading market and management experience in foreign trade team;
3. Be familiar with import and export business processes, customs law, import and export tariff regulations and other laws and regulations;
4. Good English level, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can independently conduct English business negotiations;
5. Have clear insight and judgment on overseas markets. Sensitive to data and good at analysis;
6. Be proficient in foreign trade business processes, international trade regulations and practices, and be familiar with commodity inspection, customs declaration, shipping, documents and risk control;
7. Have strong business negotiation ability, communication ability, management ability, pressure resistance ability and teamwork spirit, and have a high sense of responsibility;
8. Have good upstream and downstream networking resources and the ability to develop new markets, be good at developing markets, contact customers, and establish extensive cooperative relations;
9. Have strong communication and coordination skills, good expression and negotiation skills, and good workplace ethics.
